With over 18 years of extensive healthcare experience in Toronto, Alla Hardoon has established herself as a respected leader in the field. She began her career in 1988, earning her first medical qualification as a Registered Nurse, and has since pursued advanced studies in multiple specialties, including internal medicine, orthopedics, pedorthics, biomechanics, lymphedema (both primary and secondary), post-mastectomy care, oncology lymphedema, and lipedema.

Alla’s private practice has recently expanded to address lipedema, where she provides fitting consultations and pre-surgical preparation for women globally. Through her expertise, she has created thousands of custom garments and, in the past two years, has assisted women in understanding this complex condition and obtaining appropriate lipedema garments. In 2022, Alla further enhanced her expertise by becoming an American Board-Certified Functional Nutritionist, empowering her clients to better understand their bodies and achieve optimal health. Most recently, in 2024, she completed certification in Aqua Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) in the Netherlands, adding a new dimension to her practice.

Mark Chan is a highly experienced foot care specialist, registered as a Chiropodist in Ontario, a Podiatrist in Saskatchewan, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. He joined our team in 2020 and also serves as an Assistant Professor in Chiropody, reflecting his commitment to both clinical excellence and education.

Mark’s clinical expertise covers a wide range of podiatric services, including biomechanical assessments, custom orthotics, nail and skin care (calluses, corns, and plantar warts), musculoskeletal disorders, soft tissue surgeries, injection therapies, diabetic foot care, ulcer management, and more. He is particularly skilled in complex assessments for patients with disabilities and is adept at prescribing custom-made orthopedic footwear to meet unique mobility needs.

A lifelong learner, Mark continually expands his knowledge to enhance patient care. He thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Girly Fulig-Mabborang brings a diverse medical background to her role as Personal Assistant and Office Manager. She holds qualifications as a Midwife and Assistant Pharmacist, and in 2020, she earned her certification as a Physiotherapy Assistant and Occupational Therapist Assistant in Ontario, Canada. Girly joined our team in 2021 and has since become a valued member of our organization.

With a deep passion for healthcare, Girly approaches her work with compassion, empathy, and diligence. She consistently demonstrates strong leadership, collaboration, and professionalism in her interactions with both clients and colleagues. Her commitment to quality care and team support makes her an integral part of our success.

Maureen Calar joined our team with valuable experience from working in a multidisciplinary medical clinic in Toronto, Canada. Originally from the Philippines, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, and later pursued her passion for healthcare by becoming a certified Medical Office Assistant in Toronto.

Maureen brings a wealth of experience, a caring heart, and exceptional discipline to her role. Her dedication to patient care and professionalism enhances the efficiency and warmth of our office environment, making her a highly valued member of our team.
